That Exciting Life
 

We all want that high level of excitement all of us have become accustomed to that comes with the way we were all living our lives. What none of us knew at the time we all set out to get this for ourselves was all the misery that comes attached with living this way. In time we all did figure this out but there wasn't anything any of us could do about stopping this because we all still wanted that excitement too much. And all that misery just keeps on coming our way until this about, kills all of us and we'd do anything to make it stop. Even after we came into recovery most of us still want that excitement for ourselves. What recovery can show all of us is how we can enjoy our life not at the expense of harming ourselves and others, and when we learn how to live this way it doesn't have all that misery that has become part of all of our lives. This is a better way for all of us to live, but if we still want to live the way we were all living before recovery, it's still out there waiting for all of us with all the misery that any of us could ever want.
