Like Nothing Else
There are so many things that are unique about having what we all have, the greatest one being diagnosing ourselves. No one can ever tell any of us that we have this, it is up to each of us to do this for ourselves. That's where all the trouble comes in for any one who does have this because no one ever wants to have it, but this never changes the facts for any of us, and many of us go to our graves because of not wanting to admit we do indeed have it to ourselves. Even worse than this is when we all have left it up to someone else to diagnose if we have it, many of us make this mistake too, no one can ever really know except for us if we really do. Another thing that's unique from having what we all have is our ability for all of us to see it perfectly well in others, but not in ourselves. This is where recovery comes in and helps all of us. We learn how we can use this to see it in ourselves, and more importantly than us finally being able to see this in ourselves, that there is something we all can do about having this and none of us thought that there was. And this is the biggest reason why all of us don't want this because we didn't think that there was anything we could do about having this but there is, and it's found right here in recovery and it works really good for anyone who knows for themselves that they need what it is that's being offered to them by recovery from being here.
