God gave His one and only Son because of His great love for us
 

Luke 1:30-35 The angel said to her, 'Do not be afraid, Mary; for you have found favor with God, and behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus.' Mary said to the angel, 'How can this be, since I am a virgin?' The angel answered and said to her, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.'

- This is truly the greatest story ever told.
- It was the dividing point in all of history.
- God gave His one and only Son because of His great love for us.
- We should just respond and receive His Son as a gift to us personally.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the gift of Your Son that You gave all those years ago. I open up the door of my heart and I receive Him into my heart and life as my Lord and Savior. Amen.
