Aunt Jan's Fish Batter
 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup mustard
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Instant mashed potato flakes

Put mustard and eggs in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper, Whisk. Dip fish in the batter, then dip fish in instant mashed potatoes flakes, and fry.
