My sponsor told me that sobriety meant Soundness of Mind. I can`t have that if I don`t make peace with my God and myself. The first time I felt it, I didn`t know what it was. It was completely foreign to me. I thought I was sick.

If chaos wasn`t there, I tended to make it happen so it would feel normal. Thank God for the blessing of sobriety and the peace it can bring to my life.
