The Blame Game
It Doesn't matter why, or what causes it, the question is what are we going to do about it. It's easy to get stuck in wanting to blame something or someone for our troubles. This role of playing the victim is what keeps us from doing anything about our situation backed with a good dose of false pride and we're locked into not being able to help ourselves we're stuck. This is where most of us begin our recovery we stop blaming and start doing something about it.
