Discovering Who We Are
Many of us will wonder all at once what we're going to do with all the extra time we have now after joining recovery. It's going to seem like at first there's going to be a lot of time to fill. As we now start every day by doing what we'll always need to do as part of our program of recovery this will be the best use of all that extra time. And as we do we'll start discovering who we are, and that in itself will lead us to being quite busy. For most of us it's an amazing adventure for the first time in our life to be able to accept who we are, and be as we are. This becomes a much better use of our time, and in sharp contrast to all the time we wasted trying to be somebody that we're not.
