Default Tammy's Cheeseburger Macaroni

Tammy's Cheeseburger Macaroni

1 lb 80% ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 can cream of mushroom
1 TB sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms drained
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
2 1/2 cups elbow noodles cooked
1/ 4 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
Colby Jack Cheese Cracker Cuts (cheese cut in squares)
water

9x11 casserole dish

Preheat oven on 350 degrees.

Brown hamburger and drain off grease then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on hamburger and mix. Then add diced onion and minced garlic clove and stir and cut on lowest heat and let simmer for 15 minutes then add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and a little water, mix and let simmer another 15 minutes. Then cut off and let sit. Cook noodles as directed on box and drain. Put hamburger mixture in casserole dish and then put noodles on top. Salt and pepper noodles to taste then put shredded Parmesan cheese on top of noodles then put Colby cheese cracker squares covering all of noodles. Bake for about 20 minutes then cut broiler on and cook until top has browned to how you like it.

Serve with peas and carrots.

Peas and carrots
1 can peas
1 small carrot diced
black pepper
1 pat butter
Water

Drain juice from can of peas into cooking pot. Add diced carrots and add enough water to cover carrots good. Bring to boil and then cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Then add peas, black pepper, and butter to carrots. May need to add some more water so that peas and carrots are covered good. Bring to boil again and then cook on low for another 15 minutes. Then just cook on lowest setting until ready to eat. (I put them on the warmer burner on my stove top in the middle on the back until ready to eat.)
