Default Toilet roll missing

Toilet roll missing by Bruce Wadd

It could happen to anyone. It may have even happened to you!

You arrive at your toilet and note the dilemma. There is enough paper for right now, but you know for the next person, a crisis is looming. What are you going to do? Get a new roll? Or just leave it for them to solve?

My question to you is that. When God prompts you [and it could be weird, stupid, awkward, even painful], do you do it?

Lately, He has asked me to do unusual things like…
· picking up a fallen item at the supermarket
· giving away money to strangers
· paying for someone to get their dog out of the pound
· calling someone I have only just met
· turning left when I was going right embarrassingly… even
· replacing the toilet roll.

What has He asked you to do? The times I have obeyed, the results have been fascinating, often totally different to what I expected!

What has He been asking of you?

“You follow Me”, Jesus said to Peter John 21:22b

Looked at the title and thought, "A whole lot of crap going on." So many times my head is so full, I forget the little things that are important in life. Those little things add up, and we often let them go waiting for bigger things.

Recovery is about living life on life's terms. Toilet paper is a reality. It is like going around and thinking yours doesn't stink. You are different. I am better than they are, I didn't..., even when you do what others do.

Get rid of all the crap in your head, wipe the slate clean, make room for new things, open your mind and you will recover.

I ALWAYS carry tissue in my purse for just that situation. So I would use my own tissue and warn the next person.

I know the post is about more than that. It is changing our lives to think about others more than ourselves. Funny how that turns out to make us feel better about ourselves.
