Welcome Robert, I am an alcoholic too. In today, I choose to go to NA because I also have issues with prescription drugs and food.
I went to AA for 10 years because of my denial and went to 2 meetings a day for two years. I was one of the really sick ones. Besides AA, I went to NA & Al-Anon. Then I did 10 years of Al-Anon. my son was in active addiction, and my parents both died as a result of their addictions and I was married to a guy I labelled alcoholic. In today I am going to NA. I look forward to sharing with you. Thank you for signing in and saying hello.
