Pizza Lasagna
Sauce 3 pounds ground hamburger 3 pound jar of Prego spaghetti sauce 1 28oz can Diced Tomatoes 1 7oz can sliced mushrooms 1 large onion diced 1/2 cup green pepper diced 2 carrots diced 2 stalks celery diced 2 cloves garlic crushed 3 TB ketchup 1 TB Parmesan Cheese 1 TB Italian Seasoning 1 TB Oregano 1 TB Parsley 1 TS Basil 1 TS Rosemary 1 TS Horseradish 1/4 TS Red Pepper 2 Bay Leaves salt and black pepper to taste 3 8oz boxes of Lasagna Noodles Toppings 1 8 oz package of Pepperoni 1 12 oz Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Brown ground hamburger, drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients for Sauce excluding Toppings and Noodles. Let sauce cook until done. I usually bring sauce to a boil, then cook on simmer for a while until done. Cook and drain Noodles as directed on box. To make Lasagna start off by covering bottom of dish with thin layer of sauce just enough to coat the bottom of dish. Then layer noodles then sauce then Parmesan cheese & Mozzarella cheese then sauce then Pepperoni. Example of layers below - about midway I added a layer of Pepperoni and I added another layer of Pepperoni on Top w/ a layer of Mozzarella Cheese & Parmesan Cheese. **Remember to take bay leaves out of sauce when layering. Layers starting at bottom and working up Sauce Noodles Sauce Sprinkle on Mozzarella Cheese & Parmesan Cheese Noodles Sauce Pepperoni Sprinkle on Mozzarella Cheese & Parmesan Cheese Noodles Sauce Sprinkle on Mozzarella Cheese & Parmesan Cheese Noodles Sauce Pepperoni Sprinkle on Mozzarella Cheese & Parmesan Cheese **Layers may vary depending on size of dish you use. You can adjust ingredients according to how much Lasagna you plan on making. I used a big roaster to cook Lasagna in. Once you have Lasagna layered like you desire bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
