Hang in there Jim life does get easier. Sometimes it is one hour at a time.
We are on a spiritual journey. Progress not perfection. Our sobriety is contingent on our spiritual connection just for today. Life is such adventure. Spain must be lovely. Enjoy the beauty. Judymt |

Hope all is well Sean and you made it through the holiday. Did you check out the tips posted on the site. Remember it is a one day at a time program. What do I need to do in today, to stay clean and sober.
We often think if we pick up another substance, we aren't using because it isn't our drug of choice. If we don't misuse it and abuse it, and allow it to abuse ourselves and others, we can stay sober, although it has been proven many times over, it can take you back to your drug of choice, if it stops working for you. I found that when I got clean of drugs and alcohol, I had to deal with my food addiction.
