Welcome IAMPROUD, craving sweets is a normal thing when we are detoxing and when we are hurting and want to stuff a feeling. I try to have fresh fruit around for those special occasions. Raw honey is good for you, try some with some peanut butter or alone.
When I get that craving, I pray to my God and ask for it to be removed. It isn't always a quick fix, and I need to wait on my God's time, but as they say, "This too shall pass," the good feelings and the not so good feelings. They say we can't have a craving unless we have ingested a sweet, check your labels, there may be some hidden sugars. It is generally an obsession of our mind, what we can't have, we want. Most times it is a Higher Power thing, He/She can, I can't.
