Hungry Plus Angry
When you get hungry, do you get cranky and snappy? If you get angry, you're probably feeling ‘hangry’! As seen in the ads, "You're not you when you're hungry", and no one likes you when you’re ‘hangry’, do they? If you don't want ‘hanger’ getting the better of you, stay on top of your hunger. Make the time for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a few snacks, here and there. Eat healthy, eat regularly and you'll keep ‘hanger’ at bay.
