4. Start admitting that our lives have become unmanageable. With this admission we finally acknowledge that we are out of control and powerless to change. David shared his feelings in Psalm 40:12 "Troubles without number surround me ; my sins have overtaken me, and I can not see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me."
