We tend to forget that this disease is just not physical. It isn't just about not picking up our drug of choice. I had to change the thought that came before the action.
Every year is a good time to do a spring cleaning, do another Step 4, for in today. I was born on April 1st. I always said, "It was the only excuse for the way I was." I had to change the negative outlook and look at myself with more self-worth and respect.
