Life is a journey not a destination. You don't know where life will lead us, but when we put ourselves into the care of the God of our understanding, He will lead, guide, direct and give us what we need for our journey.

Freedom from addiction, no matter what form it takes, gives us a freedom of the soul and no matter where we go, He/She is there. It is only when we erect barriers, blocks, and use things to escape His Will, that the freedom is taken from us.

This is why I had to make my God personal and build a relationship with Him, so I could communicate with Him. Instead of discounting myself by doubting Him, I can have a daily conscious contact with Him.

The Lion means courage. So many times I need that courage to take the next step.
