Grateful for another day of sobriety.
Grateful that I had a great birthday and I didn't have to drink to celebrate or drown my sorrows about getting older. Grateful that my niece and her husband came to pick me up to go to my sister's. Grateful for family and friends who helped me celebrate my birthday. Grateful for all the food we had to eat. Grateful for a beautiful sunshiny day. Grateful for this program that allows to be center within myself when I am amongst negative energy. Yesterday it was flying left, right, and center. Grateful that my God is loving, caring, and forgiving. Grateful for all those who walk this journey with me.  Grateful this is a new day.
