I think I have these in reverse. They were originally posted on another site and then posted on an old Bluidkiti site. They are something I very much need in my life at the moment.

Something that we can easily forget. Very vital to recovery, no matter what fellowship you belong to or don't belong to.

Hope you don't mind me adding this to your post. A lot of abuse is because people don't even know they are being abused,the actions seem normal because they grew up with them.

We can't know what we taught, and with the High-Tech and fast pace of today, some of us get or got left behind. Depression as I see it is often a detachment from life, just not being able to be bothers, with little motivation and inspiration to do, with little self-worth and self-esteem.
