My sponsor told me to clean up my whole being, my mouth being a priority.
Do people look at you and see recovery? God is forgiving. Does it make it right to ask for forgiveness and continue to do the same thing over and over again. For me that doesn't mean, "Well I am only human." It means I am not willing to change, and to my way of thinking it is a sin. It may mean I am not accepting and willing to give up my life of addiction, and trust the program. I know right from wrong, but do it anyway. If that is recovery, I don't want it.
